Product Engineer: -High standard consultation on all aspects of thermal break design and technology with Structural Engineers and Architects. -Presenting technical seminars for Engineers to increase awareness of design principals and latest building regulations. -Discussing projects with Engineers and Architects to find feasible and cost effective solutions. -Technical support for sales team -In house training for staff
-Exercising control over project calculation -Clarification and implementation of technical requirements and conditions laid down by planning authorities -Checking and supervising of construction drawings -Planning, coordination and control of internal and external work in progress -Keeping control over project related costs, timing and quality -Responsibility for on time conclusion and hand over of the project to the clients satisfaction
-Cooperation with Project Managment to ensure that work is schedueled and carried out in accordance with project health and safety requirements -Site Managment for reinforced concrete frame projects -Monitoring finishing trades including heat, ventilation and air conditioning for residential, industrial and office buildings
- Structural analysis for residential and industrial buildings in steel, concrete and load bearing masonry. -Supervision of draughtsman
-Design for underground engineering and medium sized bridges -Developing construction schedules -Surveying quantities for tender
