A leader in the design and build of the new Oncology Hospital (Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre) for the Sultan Qaboos University Hospital Muscat, Oman (SQCC). Responsible for coordinating the ongoing design, tenders, and construction information and inspections. SQCC is largely an outpatient orientated facility, comprising all major hospital departments including but not limited to: Radiation Oncology, comprising linear accelerators, brachytherapy bunkers, orthovoltage and gamma knife Chemotherapy. Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine. Operating Theatres and Endoscopy, for minor and day surgical procedures & outpatient consultation exam and treatment in three pods In addition, the facility will have extensive laboratory facilities including clinical labs, clinical trial labs, and research labs. Limited education facilities, and back-up facilities such as administration, food services, inpatient and outpatient pharmacies and facilities management are also provided.
Responsible for all management requirements for the relationship between ABVRock (Contractor) and the international health care, architectural and engineering design team. Management of these relationships involved a complex interplay between multiple companies and countries for the success of each project. These companies included: o Health Care Designer-Dubai o Architecture Designer-Dubai o Structural Engineering-Dubai and o Beirut and MEP-Dubai, Beirut and Manila • Responsible for all hospital design & development projects for the group • Given ultimate responsibility also as the dedicated liaison role between the design teams and the Client’s representative, Manens-Tifs. Key Project: The Security Forces Medical City • Design and build of the new medical hub for Saudi Arabia’s Minister of the Interior and the largest medical city being built in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The agreement is a Design/Build contract under ABV Rock (Contractor). TAHPI was lead consultant for all design disciplines • Project cost: 12 Billion SAR (EU 2.5 Billion) and includes in a total of over 1.2 million square meters of built-up area and over 2.5 million square meters of land • The 500,000-square metre 12-story hospital includes 1300 inpatient beds, 46 operating theatres and is divided into hospitals for Adult Males, Women & Children, Mental Health and Rehabilitation • The campus also includes 18 utility buildings, 5 mosques, 6 helipads, and several thousand residential units with associated amenities\

Aman Hospital Doha (AHD), this Children and Maternity Specialist hospital, consists of 27 000sqm, 101 beds and is the design of a new hospital within an existing structure, previously used as a motor showroom. • Responsible for Project Manage and coordinating of the ongoing design and tender phase for this 5-star Woman and Children hospital in Doha, Qatar, with specific reference to Client liaison, contract management and delivery on the program.
