• Manage a team of BI developers that develop, design and support our Processor Data pipeline. • It’s my role to ensure data quality, accuracy & integrity by driving data-driven decision-making across the Fintech space. • Build scalable ETLs, design and develop BI solutions including dashboards, report & monthly reconciliation to CRR/PAR reports • Ensure SOX/BDO compliance across all data and processes by driving data governance policies and procedures. • Collaborate across all BI teams to ensure high SQL standards, optimization strategies for Server performance. • Responsible for the mentoring, growth and development of all team members by monitoring progress and providing guidance, conducting bi-annual performance reviews and identifying relevant training needs. • Managing team KPIs and personal development & growth • I work hard on fostering a collaborative and high-performing team and client environment by having weekly sessions with Business and reporting line on status, team and data quality and issues we might encounter. • Monthly Reconciliation of Processor data to source feeds & Processor statements, clearing and closing Monthend. • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. • Maintain and support databases, ETL processes, and scheduled jobs to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS to support business decision-making. • Perform data reconciliation to validate data integrity across multiple systems. • Designed, developed an automated a purchase matching solution to integrate and validate processor and gaming transactional data • Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions, including performance tuning (e.g., indexing and query optimization). • Automate daily and monthly reporting and operational processes to improve efficiency. • Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, enrich, and load data from various sources. • Develop and maintain SQL objects including stored procedures, views, triggers, and constraints to support business and technical requirements.
