1- Responsibilities: o HR restructuring projects: Analysis of the organization and adjustment of objectives, budget monitoring, communication to employees and preparation of recovery plans. o Compensation and Benefits: Design of the compensation strategy (compensation management, short-term bonus, long-term bonus, international incentive plan, employee savings plan). Management of social benefits (Medical insurance, life insurance and retirement) and proposals for developments, performance studies, financial optimization schemes and legal security. 2- Achievements o Implemented the financial liabilities monitoring process and Management of relations with creditors which improved credibility of the company on its contingency plan; o Analysis and general alignment of HR processes which improved consistency of approach and increased efficiency; o Mapped Group positions (Comex and Top100) using the Mercer Evaluation method, which was the starting point of all HR processes; o Harmonized salary practices and social benefits between 5 subsidiaries in France, which reduced costs and increased transparency. o Inventory and optimization of the international mobility process clarifying policies and communication. o Deployed several long-term incentives plans in accordance with the strategic plan.
