Responsible for Finetech sales territories: In Japan in cooperation with the subsidiary at - Technical clarification of new customer inquiries - Application inquiries and execution - Order processing - Technical processing of quality cases - Training of the employees of the subsidiary - Support at local trade fairs In Korea, Taiwan, Israel and India at - Technical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries - Development of solution concepts on Finetech machines - Carrying out application trials on Lambda 2, Sigma and Femto 2 machines - Collaboration with product management to meet customer requirements - Price negotiations with the end customer - Trade show planning and visits in the respective markets - Organization and execution of trainings (customers and representatives) - Customer visits with and without representatives - Preparation of forecasts and communication of market trends - Coordinate service and machine installation trips in the markets
Responsible for Japanese, Taiwanese, Indian and Korean sales territory. Consulting the local sales offices in technical and commercial requests. Participation and support of asian marketing activities. Organisation and implementation of application trials (micro assembly and rework). Development of annual sales and marketing plannings.
