I design and scale data organizations with a clear data-centric mindset, turning data into a managed and value-generating enterprise asset. I currently lead a global Data Intelligence and Data Innovation organization that I designed and established as a central Data Office. Together with my teams, we combine strategic enablement with operational ownership and take end-to-end responsibility for data platforms, analytics, AI solutions, governance, and tooling. My approach to transformation is fundamentally data-centric. I strongly believe that sustainable analytics and AI impact is achieved through the active management of core data value drivers, namely data quality, data availability, and data usage. These drivers create the foundation for scalable, trustworthy, and business-relevant data products and for close collaboration between business and technology. Before taking on my current role, I built and led a Cloud Data Engineering unit and transformed a classical BI setup into a modern, scalable data platform capability. This work enabled both internal digital transformation initiatives and external, data-driven business models. I work closely with executive leadership, international stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into data-driven execution. Trust-based leadership, shared ownership, and strong teamwork are central to my way of working, as I am convinced that lasting transformation is only possible through empowered teams working towards a common goal.
