After several years as a financial auditor and after having gratuated & worked as Stagiaire ENA within the Interior French Ministry, I joined the world of the watch industry in key positions such as chief of staff or director of internal control (interim) for independants and listed group companies. Nowadays I am Vice président - Head of global Sales & Marketing for KERBEDANZ - GPHG Member - Watch Expert Certified - Commercial - Marketing Strategy Development - Sales Management - Marketing Management Process Optimisation and CRM. - Lecturer at ICN Business School for Watch industry history; Watch industry economics analysis, Create a strong watch brand, Watchmaking communication & Watchmaking industrial strategy.
The GPHG Academy invites experienced men and women who believe in the common destiny of watchmaking to take part in the various stages of the selection process. It is made up of several hundred members, experienced and significant players in the main sectors linked to the watchmaking industry, divided into colleges and forming a vast network of ambassadors around the world. The academicians have the fundamental mission of proposing eligible watch models - in parallel with the traditional brand entries - and taking part in the various votes to determine the winners.

The WCBS was created with a very specific objective: to bring together and unite a community of amateurs and connoisseurs in order to democratize the world of watchmaking. Through our vision, we organize: 🕰️ Inspiring conferences: We organize captivating conferences with watchmaking professionals to raise awareness among students and alumni of leading business schools about the constantly evolving watchmaking markets. 📚 Learning materials: Our team is working on creating learning materials to make the knowledge of the world of watchmaking accessible to all. Explanatory diagrams and an in-depth explanation of the technical lexicon will be available. 🏭 Exclusive visits: We immerse our readers and members in the world of watches by participating in our visits to manufactures and the headquarters of renowned watchmaking companies. In this way, we try to explore the art and technology behind each exceptional timepiece. 🤝 Networking events: We are expanding our network by participating in our dedicated events with a significant audience: To date, we represent more than fifteen leading schools in France with a current audience of 82,000 people. We also invite and communicate with all of our ALUMNIS, our communication network then includes more than 800,000 people. Each member of our association is involved in the watchmaking industry and we represent more than 11 watchmaking companies in October 2023. Head of Internal Control – HQ & Subsidiaries, Interim Role Oversaw Internal Control activities across TAG Heuer’s headquarters and seven international subsidiaries: the United States, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Australia. Led the ERICA campaign, coordinated Ethics & Compliance requirements, and supported audit readiness across multiple markets. Designed a project to harmonise internal control practices across TAG Heuer subsidiaries and the Watches & Jewelry Maisons, strengthening consistency, governance and operational efficiency. Coordinated the Responsible Jewellery Council audit across headquarters, the manufacture and key subsidiaries, including Switzerland, the United States, Spain, France, Germany and Hong Kong, and managed the RJC Retail audit process. Executive Committee Support / Chief of Staff Function Supported the COO and CEO on strategic and operational matters, providing day-to-day coordination, business analysis and decision-making support.
