I have two decades of experience working on large multinational CRM related projects, stretching from strategy to tech implementations. I enjoy crafting solutions, and develop them from the ground up, adding value to clients and users. My aim, when working with clients, is to understand what they really need, by getting to the bottom of their questions and underlying issues. Although I do this in multiple environments I prefer working in an area where I can make an impact on (end)customers, which is often the area of CRM, Marketing Automation and eCommerce, where solutions can range from process improvements to IT optimizations. In addition to strong analytical skills, I have solid technical IT knowledge and excellent business acumen. I enjoy challenging myself in a dynamic environment, while serving as an interface between business and IT.
