- Build and lead the engineering organisation that enables safe, reliable and competitive manufacturing performance across OCI Nitrogen's production assets. - Drive the transformation of asset management and reliability practices to improve operational performance, safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across a multi-billion-euro asset base. - Build and develop teams of mechanical, civil, and corrosion specialists and act as a key interface between engineering, maintenance, operations, and project organizations. - Responsible for defining and safeguarding maintenance and turnaround scopes, ensuring quality of execution, supporting major troubleshooting activities, and integrating maintenance and operational requirements into plant modifications and capital projects. - Contribute to strategic investment decisions, operational risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant availability and long-term asset performance.
- Coached and developed a team of project managers responsible for the prioritization, governance, and execution of a strategic multi-year CAPEX portfolio across OCI Nitrogen’s large-scale manufacturing assets. - Directed CAPEX portfolio planning and execution for investment programs valued at several tens of millions of euros, balancing operational priorities, risk management, resource constraints, and long-term asset strategy. - Played a key role in improving project definition and front-end loading processes, significantly strengthening the quality of scoping, feasibility, and project readiness prior to execution. - Established and governed formal stage-gate and handover processes between Technology, Engineering, and Turnarounds & Projects to improve project quality, alignment, and execution performance. - Represented OCI Nitrogen in external industry forums and technical networks within the international ammonia industry.
