The main focus of the role was to ensure that ER issues are dealt with in line with legislative regulations. This involved chairing disciplinaries, grievances, appeals investigations, report writing and ensuring that information is gathered factually in order to present cases on a broad spectrum of employment matters.
Providing advice to people managers across all areas of ER including: absence management, grievances, performance management, disciplinary, mediation, maternity and other types of special leave.
