- Handling volume recruitment. - Recruiting for Lead/Manager roles by searching for suitable candidates internally. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, proposing updates, upgrades, and new tools. - Organizing and scheduling recruitment activities, ensuring all new hires are supported, and maintaining communication with the team throughout the recruitment process. - Developing and maintaining relationships with Managers and Leads, being a true Talent Partner to the respective business line(s) by consulting, advising, and coaching. - Creating monthly reports. - Delivering the best candidate experience possible. - Planning, managing, and attending off-site recruitment fairs and events. - Collaborating with the Manager to create external communication for candidates. - Co-creating recruitment policies. - Collaborating with global recruitment teams in the USA and Mexico.
