- independently assess, and prioritise operational, financial, and security risks functioning as a first-line and second-line role. - Identify risk mitigation strategies and facilitate their implementation. - Identify, implement, and map controls for certifications such as ISO27001 and SOC1/2. - Lead Group-wide incident management process, root cause analysis, and resultant risk mitigation improvements. - Creation, monitoring and reporting on Board-level KRIs. - Conduct & present internal testing to Executive-level stakeholders. - Manage & review internal policies, procedures. - Analyse new regulatory changes and deliver reviews to adapt current policies and procedures.

- Identification of strategic, tactical, operational security threats (EMEA, APAC) for sector-specific organisations, outlined in the form of daily reports. - Identification of country-specific OSINT sources, social media monitoring, SOCMINT, travel analysis and other research.
- Customer care services for nationals in need of emergency documents and information. - Drafting and e-mail correspondence with Italian authorities. - Database management and research.
Monitoring and analyzing OSINT sources on safety and security issues focusing on Eastern Europe, Central Asia. Production of timely alerts and reports concerning country risk analysis, current and strategic military movements, crime. Verification of the information processed by Hozint’s AIcrawling software, adjusting the relevancy, location, category, or impact of a particular event. Identification of relevant threats/risks filtering through various sources.
