Duties included, but were not limited to, setting up the floor daily before opening hours, delivering a great customer service throughout busy nights, managing colleagues on the floor. Endurance and ability to work efficiently under pressure were a must, alongside a well-organised and customer-based approach.
Occasional shifts for large events, such as charity dinners and VIP events. The role required to have a constant interaction with customers, thus needing high levels of professionalism and the ability to think on the spot. Delivered customer service in teams as well as individually.
