I started my career in 2015 with an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic at Mondelez in Lörrach, building a strong foundation in maintenance and production. I then moved into a role as an SAP PM Planner, focusing on planning and optimizing maintenance activities. I later took on a Technical Leadership role, leading the preventive maintenance function and driving equipment reliability and performance. Today, I work as an HSE Manager at Mondelez and am part of the Plant Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decisions while promoting a strong safety culture, compliance, and sustainability. In the past year, I relocated to Bern to continue in this role.
