As a Global P&C Business Partner at Crayon/SoftwareOne (Crayon has been merged with SoftwareOne on July, 2nd 2025), I am partnering with the Leadership Team of our Global IT Organization to establish and execute on our people priorities aligned with our global and local standards. In this function I am supporting in total 500 FTE's including 65 Leaders across 31 different countries. In addition I am currently supporting our Legal Team with a total of 60 HC across the globe. I am a people driven personality with a strong focus on transparency and international working mindset. - Global responsibility as P&C BP for the Internal IT Organisation for Crayon and SoftwareOne (Total HC: ~ 500) - Change Management and Organizational Design after the merger - Sparring Partner for the IT Leadership team (14 Senior Leaders incl. CIO) and People Leaders (65 in total) - Close collaboration with local P&C BP and Leads across 31 different countries - Assignment: Global P&C BP for Legal (Total HC: ~ 60)
- Regional HR Business Partner responsibilities, working alongside our HR Director for Europe and setting-up the HR region. Alignment on a common HR Roadmap within 20 countries across Europe. - Strategic HR Business Partner for the Data & AI Center of Excellence Europe - Change Management activities to prepare for the merger between Crayon and SoftwareOne
- Leading the HR department of our global Data & AI Service Practice (EMEA & APAC) - Strategic Business Partnering of our leaders - Managing and working on strategic HR projects & programs such as Leadership Development, Performance & Development, Career Development, DEI, ESG, Compensation & Benefits, Global Internship Framework etc. - Employee Relation Management - Together with my team overseeing the whole employee life cycle for our employees - Operational HR responsibility for Austria - Office Management responsibility for our Vienna hub

- End-to-end recuriting for all positions of the newly established A1 Digital International (Vienna) and A1 Digital Germany (Munich and Germany-home office based) working together with the leadership team and the people manager - Cooperation with international Headhunter - Creating and executing Employer Branding initiatives - Set-Up of external Career Site - SPOC for implementing new Recruiting System "Zoho" for the subsidiary - Setting-up new HR Processes in Austria and Germany
- Executing Great Place to Work Assessment - Organization of employee events (Stay Connected, Daugther's Day, etc.) - Support HR BP in performance reviews & analyzing data - Organization career development trainings, executive visits, external events - Planing and executing an internal and external talent days - Re-Audit of the certificate "audit job & family"
- Support HR Managers in the performance reviews - Organizing internal employee events - Supporting Assessment Centers - Employer Branding activities (Career fairs, Vienna's Daughter Day, Whatchado, Great Place to Work) - Creating analysis/presentations, communication templates etc. - Supporting employees in time record issues
