- Definition of the job descriptions with managers - Publishing vacancies on job boards: Monster, Jobserve, APEC, ITRIS (internal database) - Identification and sourcing candidates on specialised websites - Research via social networks (Viadeo, LinkedIn, XING, Twitter, Facebook) - CVs selection and update in the internal database (ITRIS) - Interviews of candidates (phone and face to face) and validation of professional and personal skills - Ensuring that a suitable match is made between the candidate and the vacancy requirement - Organization of meetings between customers and selected candidates - Preparing candidates for interview with managers - Communication of instructions and feedback from suppliers to candidates - Follow up of consultants - Direct contacts with some customers
