About

I’m motivated by the question of how we create work and lives that are not only successful, but meaningful and that makes you feel excited being alive and waking up in the morning. After years of following a conventional career path and achieving what I set out to achieve at that stage, I reached a point where I realized that external success alone wasn’t fulfilling. This realization led me to make a deliberate change, not away from ambition, but toward creating something more intentional, that combines passion, talent and impact. Today, my focus lies in building new formats and spaces that encourage honest reflection, dialogue, and change. I’m particularly interested in topics that often remain unspoken: how we define success, how we consume, how we work, and how we relate to ourselves and others. My background is in science, which shaped my structured way of thinking, my respect for evidence, and my ability to navigate complex systems. I now combine this foundation with a strong interest in human behavior, culture, and facilitation, bridging structure and openness to enable meaningful conversations and new perspectives. I’m driven by the motivation to create something new: initiatives, formats, and collaborations that challenge default assumptions and make space for different voices. I believe that progress happens when we question what we take for granted and have the courage to explore alternatives.
