During my career I have done so as Chief People Officer leading the global Human Resources & Communications functions, driving company wide transformation programs and developing & coaching executive leaders. I am a member of the Executive Committee at Solvay, hold direct responsibility for Human Resources and Communications and support the Remuneration committee and Nomination committee of the Board of Directors.
The Advisory Board monitors the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Business Administration. The Board pays special attention to the connection between the degree programmes and the job market (regarding the attainment targets and other aspects). It also makes sure that the curriculum takes account of the relevant developments in the field.
