As a developer on a team of five, I used Java, Selenium, and Cucumber to make testing easier for the QA team, allowing them to write tests in plain English and have their actions converted to code programmatically. We did this using Step-Definitions (Gherkin Lines) which would assign programmatic action to English words such as "I OPEN PAGE " to call the appropriate methods. The ultimate aim of this project was to build a Natural Language Processing Chatbot. For test automation, we used Jenkins, and for code management we used Git. I was later transferred to an Agile Machine Learning team of 10 where I used Python and Java for file manipulation as well as to make REST consumers from applications running on the Dev servers. The goal of this group was using classification models to choose the most suitable credit products for customers.
