In this role. I am working across the various leading skin care brands from NAOS: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur, in both prescription and retail, in the markets of Middle East and India, and since May 2024 also in the extended geographic region of Asia and Australia, for the new region of MIAPAC (Middle east, Inda, Asia, PACific). My focus is to identify and drive growth strategies and unlock new, innovative and disruptive growth opportunities across all areas and aspects of the business, such as category and customer strategy development, digitalization and optimization, and developing local manufactured products to address specific local and regional consumer needs and business opportunities, in a highly competitive skincare environment, to ensure we develop today the key strategic competitive advantage to implement in the coming years to create a competitive edge and gain market share.
This has been a marvelous experience supporting a very compelling cause and working with incredibly dedicated individuals at FCG. While I had to move on from FCG, I am now involved with other activities such as health and education in needed communities in India through NAOS village and with Friends of Cancer Patients in the UAE. With cancer patients at the center of the focus, my task at FCD was to drive better access of patients to healthcare and treatments through early detection, screening and partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, academic institutions, governments, patient advocacy and bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies. My focus was on designing and mobilizing sustainably developed solutions rooted in patient-centered interactions as we - Fight Cancer Global - connect, collaborate, and communicate with our partners. Fight Cancer Global is ONE global community, an organization dedicated to creating patient-centric solutions which unite all players to end the isolation for all patients globally.
