As part of the leadership team in FRA, responsible to lead and restructure the Commercial & Marketing Department, including Customer Service in FRA. Negotiate contracts with existing and potential new customers. Responsibility for FTEs, revenue targets, market share and improvement of customer perception.
Maintain and develop relationhips with a various number of Etihad Cargo ́s largest and strategically most important customers across all regions. Responsibility for revenue targets, volume shares, yield improvement and the development of incentive contracts to drive performance.
Maintain and develop relationhips with Etihad Cargo's Tear 2 customers across all regions. Responsibility for revenue targets, volume shares, yield improvement and the development of incentives, as well as new products.
Maintaining and developing relationships with Etihad’s largest and most strategically important customers in the European region. Responsible for achieving revenue targets, volume quotients and the delivery of strategic account objectives as per account Development Plan.
Maintain and expand new business within the German Market while maximizing the Revenue and developing new Products.
