I hold a professorship in Digital Health Applications at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. With more than 15 years of experience in research, development and teaching in the field of digital technologies, I am a passionate and innovative expert in the application of distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence, mobile computing and software engineering in information systems with a focus on Digital Health. I hold a PhD in Information Systems Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and several certificates in project management and software engineering. As Senior Expert Digital Health at FZI Research Center for Information Technology, I managed, implemented and acquired research transfer projects in digitalization. I was also the co-founder of a spin-off that developed health technologies for secondary prevention in dementia and worked as a lecturer at various universities, where I shared my knowledge and experience with students and colleagues. My goal is to promote and shape the digital transformation by developing innovative solutions that improve people's life.
