I work at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and complex systems. At Siemens Energy, I led a team of 20+ engineers responsible for HVDC equipment in large-scale infrastructure projects worth several hundred million euros. Beyond delivery, my focus was on building strong teams, integrating different groups, and helping shape leadership culture during organisational change. My international assignment in India deeply shaped my perspective — and India continues to be part of my everyday life today. Living between Germany and India has taught me how much successful execution depends not only on technical expertise, but also on clarity, ownership, cultural awareness, and the ability to read complex human systems. Currently on parental leave, I’m using this time deliberately to stay close to industry, write, reflect, and speak with people about the real frictions inside engineering organisations. I’m especially interested in how engineering teams deal with complexity: where processes help, where they become burdensome, where digital tools and automation can create real leverage, and where leadership, judgement, and communication remain decisive. Alongside my industrial background, I have also built a small digital business focused on websites, communication, and online marketing — which has sharpened my view on how technical organisations present themselves, build trust, and translate complex value into clear messages. I’m always happy to exchange perspectives with people working at the intersection of engineering, leadership, execution, digital transformation, and Germany–India collaboration.
