Operational and commercial leadership role with responsibility for planning, budgeting, people leadership and execution against revenue and profit targets in an international business area. Led leaders and teams across intermodal transport operations, customer development and partner management in multiple European markets, combining strategic direction with strong execution focus. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles, workforce planning, budget ownership and the execution of strategic initiatives across a complex international environment.
