"Design of High Accuracy Integrated RC Frequency References". Cooperation between Infineon Technologies and TU Delft (Supervisor Prof. Kofi Makinwa). Concept, circuit level design, layout and post silicon validation of a state of the art on-chip RC oscillator, achieving an average temperature coefficient of 2.5ppm/°C from -55°C to 125°C with a supply sensitivity of 0.18%/V. The test-chip fabricated in a 130nm technology occupies an area of 0.32mm^2 with a power consumption of 480uW.
