Responsibility: - Responsible for all stockyards of PERI Germany - Responsible for Dispatch/Disposition and Freight Management - Managing approx. 400 employees across 8 locations - Full cost and performance responsibility - Member of the management team / board - Work Health Safety (WHS) responsibility Key accomplishments: - Restructured central logistics department - Implemented strategy program to initiate various road maps e.g. software road map - Implemented an accident reporting system - Created the start of new WHS culture - Standardized various processes across all locations - Conducted network analysis to be future proof
Responsibility: - P&L responsible for all of PERI´s activities in New Zealand Key accomplishments: - Grew turnover from approx. 1 Mio. NZD to 6. Mio. NZD - Established PERI as a player in the infrastructure segment - Managed move into new facilities - Set up Key Account management - Managed various succcesful reoganizations - Set up new stock yard / warehouse - Safeguarded cash flow and profit during Covid pandemic via professional crisis management
Responsibility: - Responsible in APAC for launching new product line made out of Polymer (traditionally timber and steel are used) Key accomplishments: - Successfully identified markets and job sites for final testing stage - Liaised with customers on test sites, internal R&D and internal production - Successfully launched new product line in all subsidiaries in SEA, India, Korea and Japan
