As Head of Partner Growth – Performance Strategy, Targets & Incentives for 17 markets, I lead the end-to-end design and regional rollout of a centralized operating model for Account Manager (AM) portfolio allocation, sales target setting, and incentive structures. My work is focused on driving commercial excellence, operational scalability, and local adaptability across diverse markets. Key areas of impact: - AM Portfolio Allocation: Built a centralized, data-driven framework to optimize how AM portfolios are assigned, ensuring resource efficiency, fair account distribution, and business impact. - Performance Management Automation: Developed scalable tools and logic for AM target setting, incentive modeling, and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) automation — enabling transparent, trackable, and adaptable performance frameworks across countries. - Market-Centric Execution: Partner closely with local Commercial and Strategy teams to localize models and capture market-specific needs, translating regional playbooks into on-the-ground success. - Ongoing Optimization: Operate in a build-measure-learn loop, using performance data, AM feedback, and commercial results to continuously refine core logic and execution paths.
