Senior project manager and advisor who bridges business, marketing, and tech; turning strategy into delivered projects in digital services. Currently focused on PMO and operational development, using AI, data and automation as everyday tools to improve delivery and decision‑making. Please visit https://meyer.fi/portfolio for a snack-sized overview of what I'm about. --- Over the course of the last 20 years that I’ve been active within advertising, marketing and business strategy I’ve had the good fortune to work in different competence areas. As a result of that, I have a broad understanding of operational development, project management, agile, technical frameworks, UX/UI design, performance measuring, growth strategy and AI. Some might describe me as possessing an instinctual ability to break analysis paralysis by converting abstract complexity into imperfect but tangible forward motion, leveraging broad contextual knowledge to lower the cost of error. I can evaluate technical solutions, provide intuitive feedback on what works in a given UX/UI design proposal, lead the delivery of a site build, or perform a transillumination to discover pain points in an organisation's operational model. In other words, I'm a generalist with a vertical expertise in the technical – one that evolved from developer to operational coach and lead. In that role I inspect and revise ways of working, and the tools and processes used to perform that work. In addition I support teams in reaching their full potential, and help them measure that performance against set targets. While a significant portion of my everyday work is managerial, I make it a point to stay closely connected to the hands-on side of our work. I regularly roll up my sleeves with marketing strategy, UX/UI, content and data exploration, AI-powered concepting, and technical builds. This broad, practical involvement across strategy, design, data, and technology keeps me in touch with the different competence areas in the multi-disciplinary team and, in turn, helps me better understand, challenge, and facilitate their work. My career has taken me from Finland to Hungary and India, fostering a deep comfort with international environments. I enjoy working across cultures and am fully proficient in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
