I am a senior commercial and general management leader with full P&L responsibility across international consumer businesses, combining brand, product, operations and value-chain leadership. Currently, I lead the global Coffee Preparation Systems category at Tchibo, with end-to-end responsibility across markets. My scope spans P&L ownership, portfolio and pricing strategy, brand and marketing, R&D and engineering, procurement, operations and inventory management, as well as leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams. Over time, my role has evolved beyond classical marketing into a fully integrated business leadership position. I work at the intersection of consumer brands, physical products and operational execution, with a strong focus on profitability, scalability and long-term value creation. A key part of my work is translating consumer insight and brand strategy into commercially viable product and portfolio decisions — including pricing, channel strategy and lifecycle management. In parallel, I am involved in general management and board-level responsibilities within the coffee value chain, including agricultural operations and origin-side business management. This gives me a holistic view of the business — from raw material and sourcing to finished products, brand building and end consumers. I am particularly experienced in: Full P&L and EBIT responsibility across international markets Leading senior leadership teams and complex organizational setups Scaling consumer and lifestyle businesses sustainably Managing cross-functional interfaces between commercial, technical and operational functions Driving transformation in established organizations I value clarity, accountability and substance over buzzwords — and believe strong businesses are built where commercial discipline and customer relevance meet.
