I made my professional qualification at ChemConin Freiburg and stayed there for another 3 Years. Partly in chemical synthesis (development of synthesis and synthesis in GMP Environment) and the other part in chemical analysis. In my 3 Years working after my professional qualification i became head of GC and GC-HS. I also installed and operated a GC-MS System and a IPC-MS System. I wrote SOPs and Method Validation Plans. I often developed Methods and validated them under GMP. I also trained other employees in professional qualification process. After this i came to Roche beginning in the Early Supply Support Section working on new innovative active pharmaceutical ingredients from Phase 0 up to Phase 2 and was occupied with analytical method developments on HPLC, GC and GC-HS. We supported the process development and synthesis as our customers. I was actively involved in establishing Empower and Open Lab in our Section and head responsible for GC, GC-HS, GC-MS and care of analytical balances. Also i became trainer for professional qualification and trained Chemical Laboratory Assistants. In 2020 i started as deputy functional planner for our Department PTDCA responsible for planning of Workforce and PVCs and took over the role fully in 2023. Since June 2024 i changed into IMP-QC Department performing Validations, Stability and Release Analysis. I changed due to shift of the Validation Activity into QC-Section and was actively part-taking in designing the processes for Validation in the section.
