• Disciplinary Lead of the European Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team in different locations; drive robust demand planning process and support the synchronization of business and operation • Manage interdisciplinary IBP team, process cross-functionally, get consensus on Demand, Supply & Inventory Plan, steering Business & Operation along strategically chosen financial targets and ensuring that targets are tactically balanced across strategy • Accountability of Inventory (agreed target range) - optimized inventory (increased Cash Flow), right-sized placing stock strategically, advantageous locations within European supply network • Highlight, visualize any gaps to Plans, performance issues in the value chain, initiate root cause analysis, apply corrective actions and, or propose any gap closing plans, scenario plans • Business continuity Plan - employ what if scenarios, apply to Demand, Supply & Inventory Plan; develop contingency plans to mitigate any operational risks, disruption and, or capture on business opportunities • Key team member of Implementation - configuration, deployment, training end-users - of Enterprise Optimization Software (OMP Plus); facilitate planning process, transparency and decision-making process • Developed consistent calculations, measurements, metrics for performance; standardized globally and cross-functionally aligned such as Supply & Demand Forecast Accuracy-MAPE • Improved Cost-Profit optimization - differentiated Supply Chain, optimized supply chain network by distinguished Service level - reactive, or anticipative strategy - cost-or service-oriented • Supported profitability through cost reduction plans, supply chain costs avoidance plans and, or process improvements, standardization plans
