Key Responsibilities: • Partnering with hotels to evaluate operational pain points and uncover digital transformation opportunities • Leading discovery calls with General Managers, Operations Managers, and Revenue teams • Building expertise in the Access Hospitality SaaS ecosystem (PMS, reservations, distribution, automation, guest journey tools, self-service solutions) • Coordinating product demos with presales and technical experts • Translating operational requirements into tailored solution recommendations • Collaborating with product, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations • Developing SaaS sales skills, solution design capabilities, and technical knowledge • Establishing trust-based relationships through operational credibility and consultative approach
Led the RFP Support Team, driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction across approx. 260 hotels in 14 countries. Key Responsibilities: • Defined and executed the annual corporate contracting strategy in collaboration with Commercial leadership (Sales, Revenue Management) • Provided tools, training, and guidance to sales teams to ensure successful RFP submissions and negotiations • Oversaw hotel profiles on hospitality RFP platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with brand standards • Supported rate loading and distribution processes, including training and hands-on assistance for selected hotels • Monitored market trends and competitor activities to inform commercial strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
