Holistic leadership of UGI International’s downstream supply chain, including operations infrastructure, in-house and outsourced distribution logistics (>900 distribution trucks employed in peak season), safety and compliance. Implementation of an Operations Management System (OMS) across UGI International’s European businesses, a major standardization project for the corporation.
