I am an Executive with an extensive background in supply chain management, stakeholder management and controlling. I can build on 8 years of Supply Chain, a decade of controlling and multiple project experiences. I bring more than five year of international leadership experience in matrix organization, both functional and disciplinary to the table. During my time as manager I have integrated new legal entities into my cooperations, build up teams and developed and implemented multiple sourcing strategies. I have been part and leading multiple transformations in different fields (SAP implementation, cultural, headcount). My general accounting controlling and IT knowledge helps me to drive supply chain innovation an excellence projects within my organization. Currently I am responsible for the groupwide procurement of customer operation,sales services, PV, Batteries and Charging Technology. Within Germany am additionally managing the local supply chain organization of our subsidiaries.
