Since August 2025, I’ve had the privilege of working with Hov Global during a period of preparation, alignment, and transition – supporting our CEO, Board, and partners as we positioned the business for its next phase of growth. As Chief Operating Officer, that groundwork is translating into momentum. Building on more than a decade of delivering thousands of homes across the Kingdom, our focus is firmly on strengthening the organisation, aligning with Vision 2030, and responding to an evolving residential market shaped by both local demand and growing international interest, following the announcement of the foreign ownership law. The Memorandum of Understanding signed during the Real Estate Future Forum with K. Hovnanian® Homes, the Tourism Development Fund, and Emaar, The Economic City is a great example of collaboration to advance premium tourism and residential projects. A defining milestone in this journey is Soleya at the Red Sea, our flagship coastal community in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). With recent updates to foreign ownership regulations, Soleya presents a compelling opportunity for international and local buyers alike – offering a modern, aspirational standard of coastal living along the Red Sea. The industry response, including at Cityscape, has reinforced our confidence in this direction, and Soleya becoming a destination of choice. Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year, with multiple new residential products set to launch across key markets. The ambition and energy across the organisation are fueled by passion and purpose, and I am grateful to be part of a team that is embracing change while maintaining a long-term vision and ambition for growth. My thanks to Ara Hovnanian, Robert Hofmann, the Bin Saedan family, and our Board for their trust and continued support. This is just the beginning. #AlTahaluf #HovGlobal #KAEC #SaudiArabia #Vision2030 #RealEstate #PIF #TDF #KHovnanian
