Project lead for a global S2P Coupa implementation, from mobilisation, design and scoping, through configuration, integration mapping, testing, support and enhancement. Pioneered a change process to centralise procurement in UK HQ with the creation of a dedicated procurement function. Led SteerCo meetings to ensure successful project delivery whilst providing an effective forum for feedback. As product owner, built a successful business case, negotiated cost savings, and implemented additional Analytics and Inventory modules alongside S2C and P2P core model.
Supported the design, configuration, testing, training, and support of Tearfund’s Coupa S2P system. Led the first Coupa implementation in a Partner+ country (Rwanda) as well as key workstreams in the first roll-out of Coupa in an Full Operations country (DRC). Responsible for creating training materials and managing global Coupa support. Partnered with Procurement, IT and Logistics teams during the implementation phase to resolve issues, align priorities, and deliver the project on time.
Provided procurement and logistical support to global teams, including UK stock management, satellite communications, and fleet management. Supported key sourcing activities and supplier engagements, including administering an £8m+ travel services tender to ensure value and compliance across the organisation. Contributed to the pre-implementation of the Coupa platform as a certified administrator, supporting configuration, testing, and alignment of the system to organisational requirements.
