I’ve been in IT since I was 17, starting out in a small repair shop. Today, 13 years later, I’m a Supervisor at NCR Voyix. My path-moving from Help Desk to L2, Incident Manager, and now Supervisor in record time-wasn't a coincidence. It was built on a simple rule: if you’re going to do a job, do it right or don’t do it at all. I take 100% ownership from 0 to 100. I’ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty, whether it was washing cars, working in the fields, or managing complex e-banking systems. In my time at NCR, I’ve supported over 40 different products-from Aloha POS, EDC, and Takeout to servers, hardware, networks. I’ve handled everything from failing hardware and broken transactions to high-pressure situations with frustrated clients who end up telling me I’m the best thing that’s happened to their business. I don’t believe in "scope" when a problem needs solving. I’ve fixed everything from basic PCs to Mikrotik routers and custom VPN tunnels. I’m a technician at heart who understands that technology exists to serve the business, not the other way around. I’m currently mastering Python, SQL, and JavaScript to automate manual processes and make technical support smarter. But I’m not stopping there. I’m a lifelong learner-if a project requires a new tool, a new language, or a new technology to succeed, I’ll learn it. My goal is to bridge the gap between deep technical infrastructure and modern software development. My background is as diverse as it gets-I’ve played competitive CS for a salary, produced music, wrote lyrics, and performed on stage. That mix of creativity, discipline, and the "hustle" I learned from manual labor is what I bring to the IT world every day. I don’t sell smoke.
