Building a better world – one project, one solution, one bumblebee at a time. 🐝 I have over 10 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship, agricultural projects, and hands-on work in shipbuilding, construction, and maintenance. I’ve been involved in the construction of seven vessels and the repair of more than sixty others – in addition to working in property maintenance, sales, and service roles. This background has taught me practical problem-solving, teamwork, and responsibility – skills I now apply to advancing sustainability and biodiversity. I’m currently seeking new opportunities as an Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, or Project Manager, where I can combine my technical know-how, project management experience, and passion for the environment. 🟢 Mission: To contribute to real solutions that slow down climate change and protect biodiversity. 🟢 Approach: I always see things through – and if I don’t know something yet, I learn it fast. 🟢 Personal Brand: Mr. Bumblebee – an advocate for pollinators’ well-being who believes in actions, not just words. #ProjectManagement #OperationsManagement #Sustainability #Biodiversity #PollinationExpert #EnvironmentalProjects #Construction #Maintenance #ProblemSolving #HandsOnDevelopment #CircularEconomy #ContinuousImprovement #TeamLeadership #Reliability #Innovation #PracticalSolutions #MrBumblebee
My business operations currently focus on three main areas: Renovation and yard maintenance services – the primary source of cash flow for the company. Beekeeping and training – a growing segment that includes honey production as well as introductory beekeeping courses. Development of bumblebee rearing – with the long-term goal of making this the company’s main line of business. We have also previously been involved in edible insect production. Although this activity has since ended, insects – both honeybees and bumblebees – remain a central part of our strategy and future development path.
Casual, project-based work carried out as needed over several years.
Traveling Pollinator Insect Educator – Primary School Outreach Provided mobile educational sessions in primary schools, teaching children about the importance of pollinator insects, the biology of honeybees, and biodiversity. Designed and delivered interactive lessons, answered students’ questions, and inspired interest in natural sciences through practical, hands-on examples. The work was carried out as part of an EU-funded project.
Member of the Conscription Board, responsible for evaluating the fitness for military service of conscripts and determining their service placement.
Accessible Taxi Driver I drove an accessible, van-style taxi, and most of my passengers were wheelchair users. I found this work particularly meaningful, as it allowed me to support people in more vulnerable situations and help make their daily lives easier by providing safe and reliable transportation.
