    I was leading HR function as a member of the regional Leadership team and supporting 14 countries in the organizational development and key talents’ individual development (app. 300 mn USD in net sales and 650 employees), where the key stakeholders were the regional team (regional VPs and Directors), GMs and their direct reports. The region and its markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Greece) were a mix of several companies acquired by Bausch Health in recent years and not fully integrated into its global organizational culture and processes. My key task was to ensure proper and consistent HR management across this diverse region and ensure further integration and organizational development through designing, implementing and embedding HR processes.
