Leading people involves the day-to-day things I must do to lead and manage my team. It's the more tangible items of management such as assigning, assessing and rewarding work. Key focus of past year was Teamwork. Teamwork is approach how my team and I solve problems, share information, generate ideas, give and get advice and complete the tasks required for the organisation. In 2016 lead project for reduction of polishing of steam blades/bucket; The project aimed to review the current requirements and process for polishing in order develop an outcome/method which reduces blade polishing costs by half. Things that was considered as part of this project: Current surface roughness standards and processes across product portfolio (and any potential harmonization) Potential elimination of polishing where performance guarantees, surface finish requirements do not require additional polishing. Polishing/achieving a better surface finishing on CNC milling machines. During 2017 Local factory started one of biggest projects in recent history. The goal of project was to ramp up capacity in Blade production. This was biggest project in may carrier. Project was build form scratch only with vision. Several segments were overlapping during one year form legal, sourcing, digital, construction, analysis, etc. Scope of project was build new hall, design layout, flow lean concept, hire new employees, evaluate new machine, and put them to production. Project was executed in one year with great success. Gain experience about design factory form scratch! Thinking about lean flow, environment, project cost, layout.

Worked at Alstom, but as part of GE acquisition become prat of bigger family! From October 2015 promoted form NC programmer to Blade Programming Group Leader, later to NC Programmer Manager. Basic assignment coaching and development of team members follows naturally from effective task assignment and completion. While monitoring and reviewing work of coworkers creates opportunities to coach team members on how to be more effective. This approach is helping a team members to see better ways to solve problems, run meetings, collaborate with others, comply with policies and better use the company's resources. In 2015 lead highly important overall Machine utilization improvement project that gain businesses more opportunity on market. Project opens local factory to gain more blades per year output with same captivity. Reducing unnecessary waste in production, pushing machining technology to to new limits provide local factory to be pioneer in many things! Customer recognized as as center of excellence for seed and seance of emergency not only for OEM but also for OOEM product

. Main qualification gained during NC programmer career; Over 20,000 hours on CATIA, Vericut and ENOVIA, Blade Mill, Autocad, 5axis milling, cutting tools, special calming jigs, Machinist/NC Programmer experience . 2013 - 2015 lead 2 R&D projects regarding blade/bucket manufacturing improvements: ITB - Milling of finger roots - The goal of this project was to improve current blade production, basically milling of finger root on impulse turbine blade. Basis for this project is understanding milling technology of finger root blades. Also one of the foundations of this project is to become more flexible to market, fast response to all orders, short delivery time. Production of all types of geometry on finger root. Reverse engineering Demo "2 rows in one week" - Business is more and more undergoing a fundamental change. Reverse engineering capabilities have developed to a level where components can be geometrically and metallurgical examined with non-destructive, comparably low cost, high accuracy equipment. This of course minimizes the monopoly traditionally held by the OEM, and therefore stimulates a higher level of competition to a previously closed marketplace, driving down cost and lead time.
