I am an entrepreneurial leader driven by long-term business development, strategic value creation, and a passion for building workplaces where people genuinely thrive. In December 2019, I graduated with an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration. Shortly after, in April 2020, my business partner and I completed a corporate acquisition and took the reins at Flat Out Trading (Tuningkauppa.com, Tuningstore.com). Over the next six years, we navigated an extraordinary economic landscape—from global pandemic lockdowns to energy crises and geopolitical shifts. Despite the turbulent times, we successfully: Scaled the company’s turnover from €1.4M to €2.7M. Launched two new webstores. Executed a €1.0M investment project by building a state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Seinäjoki. In May 2026, I successfully sold my shares in the company. As I transition into my next professional chapter, I am managing investments through my holding company, Damage Case Investments, while actively exploring new strategic opportunities in the business world. Professionally, I thrive on new challenges, self-organizing environments, and continuous growth. Personally, I am a family man and a rock music enthusiast who believes in bringing a sense of humor and fun into the workday. Life is too short to take yourself too seriously all the time. I resigned from my daily work in September and focused to finish my studies and Master´s thesis at University of Vaasa. I graduated in the December 2019. My Master´s thesis focused on self-determination and leadership in the private own companies.
