About

In the past 15 years I have worked in the field of Quality for Nokia in Finland, USA and Germany. At Nokia I worked for R&D projects and high volume mass production in multi cultural work environment. There I was responsible for managing programs and engineering teams, factories and suppliers all around the world to keep production running and solve quality issues. In the latest years in Ulm I was the sole Quality Manager for mass production, responsible for over 70 phone products with hundreds of millions of units sold worldwide. My responsibilities have covered the area of active, passive, RF, PWB, audio, display and mechanical components. I am a team player and enjoy getting the best out of everyone. I am very familiar with the tools, processes, concepts and methodology in QA area. In the past three years I have been fulfilling my lifetime dream to travel around the world with motorcycle - to meet people, experience different cultures, religions and to taste different foods. It was a demanding trip, which offered many challenges I enjoyed solving. I have also learned a lot about myself, my strong commitment through all kind of difficulties. I am looking for job opportunities for Quality Management in various industries.
