Hello, my name is Marko Gajin, I was born in 1994 in Serbia. I worked many little jobs, but I was always drawn to creativity, visualization and new technologies, so in every job I looked to find exactly that. During my studies at the university, I started working for my father, who had his own motorcycle service in the village. Together we improved the service and started making custom motorbikes, so-called cafe racers. We successfully completed three projects, after i graduated college i decided to start looking for my own way after which I left the work to my father, one day I will maybe take over the work back, and until then I am trying to gather as much experience as possible and learn business systems. In the meantime, I managed to squeeze into the EXIT organization and started doing graphic design and maintenance of the castles system part-time for them. My next stop is the company Moto-Bike, which I joined as an assistant in the IT and marketing sector. The work in this company is extremely dynamic, interesting and plentiful. As someone who doesn't have much experience, I had to learn quickly and find solutions to all problems, that's how I gained my first experience and significantly expanded my knowledge and ability to deal with situations that at first glance I don't know how to solve. After 2 years in the company, I became the Manager of the IT and Marketing sector, we currently have 7 peoples in the team... In January 2021, I started my personal business and opened a design agency called ModUP. I still continue to work at the Moto-Bike company as a manager of the IT and marketing sector, and I form the ModUP agency by gathering people who are not directly employed by it, but form a community of collaborators in which everyone has their own function, so that we can provide a complete service , designing and creating websites and stores, graphic design, all types of printing, branding, marketing, video recording and photography... The Moto-Bike tries to do all the work it can do inside the company, so the marketing team has a lot of interesting work. Team management, organization and management of the marketing sector became my main task, in addition to that, I continued to perform the part of the work related to the web shop and web shop development.
