Adding a bit of tech and we get the perfect recipe to achieve this challenge. - Part of the leadership team with the Founding team and was in charge of running and Developing the business internally and externally. - Initially focused on Business Development, led the efforts to build our business development processes, from implementing our Lead Generation tool, and our CRM, to creating our automated Outreach and Follow-up emails, Pitch deck, and Website from scratch using Webflow. - Negotiating and Closing contracts. - Led the re-organization of our company’s wiki architecture through Notion for standardization of our internal documentation. - Product Management: created a new service and feature (Data and Sourcing service for our clients), developing a new income stream and leveraging directly our Sourcing team efforts. - Management of team and coaching of talent partners (4) and talent sourcers (6), doing weekly 1on1s, and weekly team training sessions while working with the team to define roadmaps and process priorities.

On top of being an insurer, Luko is also a life partner making home insurance simple and transparent, while empowering thousands of policyholders into taking care of their home on a daily basis. - Heading the talent sourcing efforts at Luko. - Created a sourcing culture for internal recruiters through workshops and a Data platform/ of our own to access worldwide companies matching our technologies (React Native, Typescript, and Python) and other skills of choice (Insurance and Banking) to facilitate and speed up Talent Acquisition in the company. - Led the update of our Employer Branding with the latest content and media regarding Luko (Techcrunch and TV), while including the Impact team for the Diversity and Women in Tech initiatives, with regular meetings and driving proposals across the company. Coached Hiring Managers on interviewing and for inclusiveness within the recruitment process. I was part of a company-wide layoff (10% - 25 people including 5 recruiters) during probation time after the company could not raise new funds
Founding Member. Joined as the first employee without any prior experience in Talent Acquisition (left at 55 employees in 2022). ACELR8 is on a mission to change how startups scale. - Responsible for selling ACELR8 services to startups and hypergrowth tech companies in DE, FR, and UK. - Implemented our first CRM and outreach emails. - Responsible for building company Business Development Strategy, Roadmap, and Sales OKRs.
- Led the expansion of the business into France after due diligence and market research (Competitors, Market Size, Tax, and Legal constraints). - Established the entity in France with local Legal partners and was responsible for the monthly french payroll. - Responsible for growing the team and managing the team of French Talent Partners (2 employees) with 1on1s, performance reviews, and career development. - In charge of business development and finding local clients (Startups and Hypergrowth companies such as Spendesk, Payfit, Luko, and Shift Technology) and other partners (Venture Capitals and Ambassadors) - Responsible for delivering talent acquisition services to my clients - Responsible for the French P&L and reporting to the CEO. My clients included: - Luko Insurance (4 months: Jan 2021 - Apr 2021): Hired 10 Software Engineers in the Backend and Mobile team. - Shift Technology (7 months: Feb 2019 - Aug 2019): Hired 16 Software Engineers and implemented an International hiring strategy. - Comet (3 months: Nov 2018 - Jan 2019): Hired Finance Manager and Account Managers - Spendesk: Hired Software Engineers and Account Managers - Payfit: Hired the first German and UK Product Builders - Free2Move: Hired the Head of Product and Lead Mobile Engineer
