Mark began his career in real estate in 2007 after graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After several years working as a real estate sales representative, he continued his education by obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the University of British Columbia. He became a fully licensed appraiser in 2017 by completing the requirements for the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser designation. Members holding this designation are qualified to offer valuation and consulting services for all types of real property including land, agricultural properties, machinery and equipment and commercial and residential buildings. Mark’s areas of focus for appraisals include land at all stages of development, residential buildings, multi-unit residential buildings and multi-purpose commercial/residential buildings.
