Belgium Leader and manager of a large multi -disciplinary works and maintenance team comprising of 10 international military and 169 local Belgium staff who carried out all the planned and response maintenance and small new works within the Garrison and NATO's strategic operational headquarters at Mons. · Controlled an annual budget of €12M including civilian wages, delivering all the hard FM (less IT) ranging from standby power supplies to potable water treatment.
