I use writing as a thinking tool within my coaching. It helps you slow things down, get clear, and work out what comes next. I’ve built a framework around this called the WRITE model. It helps you understand who you are, explore what’s possible, and decide what to do next. My background is in engineering and leadership. I’m a Chartered Engineer, an accredited career coach and Master NLP Practitioner. I also host the Mid-Career Change podcast. The people I work with are capable and experienced.
