Served the CIO and IT organization with strategic consultation regarding organizational structure, product and agile transformation, creation of new process optimizations and operational products, vendor management, and digital transformation of lobby and gate.
Co-founded and operationalized Airshop, United’s first Innovation and R&D lab, architecting the governance and intake framework to prioritize high-ROI and strategically aligned innovation through a weighted scoring and lean assessment model. Built and launched a 2,000 sq ft open innovation space that became cost-neutral within 18 months and pioneered an immersive virtual experience center for complex scenario simulations for future airline projects.
Led 10+ strategic programs for United’s Digital Technology org leading large-scale digital transformation across Airport Operations and NOC/Dispatch. Transformed United’s digital gate and lobby experiences and earning three design patents in the process.
Co-created a food brand and unique customer experiences within the Chicago food-scene, leading operations, marketing, promotion, and product development. Developed business from the ground-up around wholesale and restaurant operations. Well reviewed within Chicago and national media.
