Every creative project starts with a business goal, and I build and lead teams that get it done. The last 20 years have been a hell of a ride. Culture moves fast, and technology moves faster. The next 20? Even wilder, no doubt. But no matter how much the ground shifts, one thing never changes: people. Human emotions, desires, fears, wants, and needs are the anchor. Always have been.
