People describe me as an optimistic and accurate person. I have sharp eyes for details and strong analytical, verbal and communication skills. I am accessible, eager to learn and experienced with communicating complex matters throughout an organisation on all levels. My leadership style can be described as open and transparent with a good eye for the social aspects. ERP is one of my favorite topics and I am experienced in ERP implementations. In 2019 I switched careers and rather focus on ERP, on Micsosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in particular. I worked as functional consultant and started a new challenge guiding my company on its ERP project. This lead to a change in April 2023, when I became the company's Finance Director.
Since July 2025 I have taken over the role of managing director for our factories in Körmend, Nova and Zalaegerszeg. Together with my operational counterparts I am managing the overall affairs at our Hungarian locations. I am really proud that our Board asked me to take on this responsibility, and chance to develop myself in this leadership role.
As FD I am responsible for ADA's finance teams in respectively Austria, Hungary and Romania. Main achievement was setting up a month-end closing procedure and bringing month-end reports in place: setting up month-end reports with a suitable understandable income statement, and speeding up the process.
At ADA I was working as an internal finance consultant. I was the spinning wheel between the ADA finance teams and our implementation partner, bringing in system knowledge as well as large business experience in finance. GoLives of four ADA companies (holding companies and a service center) were successfully closed in 2021. Another GoLive of one of the trading companies was succesfull closed in October 2022.
As functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (MS D365 F&O) I was part of the team implementing our ERP system at customers. I was responsible for the finance area of the system. Besides this I was highly involved in pre-sales activities and was known as a seasoned presenter.
After 18 years at Mood I decided it was time for something new. I moved back to Hungary and used the time for getting settled in my new home and to load up my battery to get ready for new challenges. I am still extremely happy I had the chance to take this sabbatical and really load up my battery. I would recommend any person having been in a management position to get the chance to do this.
From March 2016 I was not only responsible for Germany but also for the Netherlands and Belgium. Leading German and Benelux finance team (12 heads), responsible for reporting, cash management, budgeting etc. Team member of European team of Finance Directors as well as member of German and Benelux management team.
Changed country within Mood Media Group, now reponsible for Mood:Germany. Leading German finance team (8 heads), responsible for reporting, cash management, budgeting etc. Team member of European team of Finance Directors as well as member of German management team.
Responsible for finance in Central and Eastern Europe. Registered director for Mood Hungary and Czech Republic and responsible for finance matters in our offices in Budapest (Hungary), Prague (Czech Republic), Warsaw (Poland) and Moscow (Russia). Besides these offices Mood Media CEE is managing affiliates in Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia and Israel. In 2012 Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) was successfully implemented in Hungary under my leadership. In 2013 I leaded a project to change the Mood customization into a version more user friendly for smaller Mood companies, which was implemented in 2013.
Lots of office management duties: planning, invoicing, managing call center agents, training them, occasionally contact person for external payroll administrator.
